Cat Rent: $40.  All of Foxchase is cat friendly. Max of 2 pets per home.

27 of our 205 buildings (4510-4612 Raleigh Ave - even building numbers only, 29-114 Jordan St, 4409-4447 Duke St) on the south side of Foxchase are dog friendly.
Dog 2 _ $40.00 $300.00 35 No weight limit for 1 dog, combined weight limit of 35 lbs for 2 dogs. Total rent for 2 dogs is $80,rent for 1 dog is $40 if the dog is less than 35 lbs; $60 if the dog is greater than 35lbs. Pet fee for dogs greater 35lbs is $600. Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
